If you are sending items to Korea for A/S (after-sales service) purposes, it is recommended to consult with the original seller or manufacturer before sending the items. We cannot provide assistance with the customs clearance in such cases.

For products being shipped from countries other than Korea to Korea using our Ship for Me service, we cannot take responsibility for the customs clearance in Korea.

In these cases, we recommend using our Buy for Me service instead, as we can assist with the customs clearance process.
