Can items requiring refrigeration be shipped internationally?

Refrigerated products can only be shipped overseas in a limited capacity, and a refrigeration handling fee will be charged for cold-chain shipping.

Even after receiving the items, we will continue to store the refrigerated products in a refrigerated environment, and ship them packed in styrofoam boxes with ice packs.

However, the effectiveness of this refrigerated packaging lasts only 1-3 days, while overseas shipping times are often longer. Therefore, products that are highly perishable cannot be shipped overseas.

Only items that do not easily spoil at room temperature for an extended period can be shipped (e.g., some dried foods, instant foods, side dishes, etc.).

Products that quickly spoil when exposed to room temperature cannot be shipped overseas (e.g., processed meats, frozen products, etc.).

With over 20 years of experience in overseas shipping, we can provide guidance on which products can and cannot be shipped based on their storage requirements.

The need for refrigerated handling is determined by the storage instructions provided on the product. Even if you request regular shipping, we will ship refrigerated products with cold-chain handling or may have to cancel the overseas shipment if the product cannot withstand non-refrigerated shipping.

Shipping spoiled products can lead to customs clearance issues, and may even result in the destruction of other items in the shipment. Please use caution when ordering perishable items for overseas delivery.

If you are unsure about the shipping feasibility of a product, feel free to inquire with us before placing your order.
