- Small scratches and imperfections may be detected. This is not a defect.
- Keep away from sharp objects or fire.
- Due to the mass production process, slightly misplaced printing and loose fibers may be detected on the chiffon fabric poster.
- For spot cleaning, wipe with lukewarm neutral detergent immediately, reshape it, then dry in shade.
- Size may vary by ±1-2CM due to the manufacturing process.
- For printed goods such as photo cards, scratches, nicks, and dents under 5MM and not on the face are not grounds for exchange/return.
- Biodegradable packaging can easily tear. This is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Scratches and damages on the OPP, shrink wrap films, and packaging for protecting the product are not grounds for exchange or refund.
- Missing components are shipped additionally only if a video that contains the requirements on the packaging sticker is provided.
