How do I cancel or modify an order?

The cancellation and modification of items using our agency services can vary depending on the status of the order.

Buy for Me:

  • Before the purchase is made, you can cancel or modify the order through your account dashboard.
  • After the purchase but before the domestic (Korean) shipping begins, cancellation may be possible, and modifications may be allowed if the seller can accommodate the changes. Please contact our customer service.
  • Once the domestic shipping has started, cancellation and modifications are no longer possible, but you can request a return or exchange. Contact our customer service for assistance.

Ship for Me:

  • For cancellation or modifications related to the product purchase, you will need to handle that directly with the original seller.
  • Cancellation or modification of the shipping request can be done before the items arrive at our warehouse, using your account dashboard.

In both cases, once the items have been shipped overseas, cancellation and modifications are no longer possible.
