It is quite rare for items to be lost during international shipping.

In most cases, delays in delivery are the main cause for concerns about potential loss.

Particularly with EMS shipments, the tracking information can sometimes pause during customs clearance or other transit delays. In these instances, the item is usually still in the process of being delivered, so a bit more patience is required.

While complete loss of a shipment is not entirely impossible, if you suspect a package has been lost, please contact us and we will follow up with the shipping carrier to investigate.

For shipments with carriers like DHL or FedEx, you can also reach out to the carrier directly to inquire about the status.
