If my international shipment is being returned, what should I do?

There are a few reasons why an international shipment may be returned:

Customs Clearance Failure:

  • While personal use items rarely encounter this issue, some products may be rejected by customs and returned.
  • The criteria for customs clearance can vary by country, so it’s important to check the requirements beforehand.

Refusal of Delivery:

  • If the recipient does not pay the applicable customs duties and taxes, the package may be returned.
  • This would incur additional return shipping fees and Korean customs clearance costs. We recommend accepting the package and promptly paying any required fees.

Undeliverable Address:

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned due to an undeliverable address.
  • If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us or the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
  • However, for EMS shipments, address changes are often not possible for many destinations.

Returning a package can take a significant amount of time, especially for EMS shipments.

The returned package can be tracked, but only upon its arrival back to us.

Once the returned item reaches us, we can only reship it. The cost of the re-shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
