- Note that damage to sea freight parcels is generally not covered for compensation.
Item-only damage:
If the shipping box is intact but the item itself is damaged
- Please take photos of the item condition and contact us.
- If the damage is easily visible through a basic check, we will be able to provide compensation for the part we failed to check properly.
- However, if the damage is not detectable through a basic visual check, we may not be able to take responsibility.
