This way, you can confirm whether the items you ordered have arrived accurately without the need for a separate request.

Once you have confirmed that all the items have arrived and you wish to have them shipped internationally, you can make a shipping request.

Unnecessary components such as hangers and shoe boxes will be removed without the need for a separate request.

Cases where making a request before arrival can be helpful:

• If you have specific aspects you want to check, please mention them in your request, and we will verify them upon receiving the items.
