The “check” refers to the basic check of the product’s external condition and quality, as well as verifying the product options.

For example, for clothing, we would check the size, and for food or cosmetics, we would check the expiration date.

This check is provided as a standard service, and you do not need to request it separately. We will also provide photos of the product.

The “inspection” is a more detailed examination conducted at the customer’s request.

This involves checking aspects that cannot be fully verified through the standard check and photos, such as opening the product to inspect the interior.

The standard check is provided free of charge, but the inspection service will incur a fee per item.

In most cases, the standard check and product photos should be sufficient to verify the condition of the item.
