My package should have arrived by now, but it still shows as not delivered

When items arrive at our warehouse, they are not immediately processed as “received”.

Instead, the process goes through the following steps:

  1. Items arrive at the warehouse
  2. Items are sorted and classified
  3. Items are checked and photographed
  4. Photos are uploaded, and the delivery is marked as “received”

Only after this full process is completed are the items considered officially “received” in our system.

This process is handled sequentially, with items that can be immediately shipped overseas taking priority.

All incoming items are processed for receipt on the same day they arrive.

However, items that arrive on Saturdays will have their processing started on the following Monday, when the business week resumes.

Even if an item is marked as “delivered” through the shipping tracker, it may not yet be fully received in our system. In such cases, please just wait a bit, and it will be completed within the same day they arrive.

If an item remains unprocessed after the next business day, it may be due to the item not being sent to the correct your Danzzac address or an issue with the seller’s shipment labeling. In these cases, please contact our customer service with the carrier and tracking number, and we can look into it further.
