Ice Packing

- Frozen and refrigerated items can be shipped internationally.
- They will be stored appropriately upon receipt and packed with ice packs in styrofoam boxes for shipment.
- This packaging method is not optional and will be determined based on the storage instructions provided by the product.
- However, items that are easily perishable even with these handling methods are not eligible for shipment
Returns

- We assist with returns for items you've changed your mind about or those not suitable for international shipping.
- For Ship for me orders, you'll need to obtain a return label, but for buy for me orders, we handle the process for you.
Vacuum Packing

- You can save on international shipping costs by vacuum packing bulky items like padded jackets and blankets. We offer vacuum packing automatically when it helps reduce shipping fees, so no need for separate selection.
Special packaging

- If special packaging using styrofoam is required due to a high risk of damage, or if irregular or oversized(over 70cm) items require custom box sizes, additional charges may apply.
Inspection

- Basic check is provided free of charge.
- Inspection is charged when requested by the customer after the basic check.
Repack after Packing

- If you need to add or remove items after we've packed everything up, we'll have to redo the packaging, which may come with extra charges.
- Similarly, if you decide to switch from sea parcel to another shipping method or vice versa, we'll need to redo the packaging, and that'll also mean additional charges.
