Product defects, wrong deliveries - If any wrong deliveries or defects are detected during the initial inspection upon arrival, we will arrange for an exchange. This applies only to defects or wrong deliveries that are immediately apparent upon inspection

Returns or exchanges are not possible for errors in shipping or defects that cannot be detected during basic inspection.

However, we will compensate for defects or errors that can be identified during basic inspection. Please contact us with photos within 3days. Compensation amount is up to 100,000 KRW.

In case of damage during international shipping, compensation will be subject to the policy of each shipping company
