For items with a high risk of damage or unusual dimensions that require “Special packaging”, a fee may be incurred.

1. The basic cushion packaging provided is free of charge. However, if the basic cushion packaging alone is deemed insufficient to prevent damage during shipping (e.g., for fragile items like ceramics or glass), we will additionally use styrofoam for special cushion packaging. Of course, if the product’s original packaging already provides sufficient cushioning, the special cushion packaging will not be necessary.
2. If any one dimension of the product exceeds 70 cm, we will custom-make the box and use additional cushioning materials for the packaging.

In these cases, the packaging will be handled by us, so you do not need to make a separate request.
