Exchanges and returns are only possible within 7 days after the completion of domestic (Korean) delivery.
No return fee will be charged in the following cases:
- Exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipments, when using our buying agency service, where the fault lies with the seller.
A return fee will be charged in the following cases:
- Exchanges or returns due to customer’s change of mind.
- Exchanges where the fault lies with the seller, when using our Ship for Me service.
Exchanges and returns are not possible for items that have already been shipped overseas.
