Approved cases include:
- Purchasing from sellers who are verified as businesses, such as those with a Naver cafe or business blog
- Purchasing from individual sellers through reputable secondhand trading platforms, such as Bunjang, Witchform, Auction, eBay, or used bookstores
Even when using secondhand trading platforms, buying agency is not possible if the payment method does not provide buyer protection (e.g., direct bank transfer to the individual seller).
When purchasing through platforms like Bunjang or Witchform, you can use their built-in protected payment methods, such as Bungaepay, which may incur additional platform fees.
All buying agency services from individual sellers are considered secondhand item transactions, and will be subject to the corresponding service fees based on the number of items.
