We provide free storage for 30 days.
For refrigerated products, the free storage period is 7 days.
After the free storage period, a fee of 1,000 KRW per item per day will be charged.
If you purchase both pre-order and regular items, and have them shipped together, the storage fee for the regular items may be incurred due to the pre-order items. Please be aware of this.
After 90 days, the items will be disposed of or the storage fees will be deducted from the proceeds of the item disposal. (For refrigerated products, this is 10 days).
